Molly and Alan are a JDate success story! But Molly and Alan met years prior when Alan dated Molly’s roommate in 2007. Three years later, they got it right and started dating. The proposal came on Molly’s birthday, when she was least expecting it. Alan had planned a birthday dinner in DC and that his friend would be picking her up. Instead, a limo pulled up and Molly was super pumped for a limo ride, not even knowing that Alan was just on the other side of the windows waiting to propose. He even thought ahead enough to plant his camera with the limo driver so he could snap some photos!

Molly and Alan enjoyed with a beautiful wedding with classic and timeless details. The memories are sure to last them a lifetime!

Elisha is a newspaper journalist in Annapolis, Maryland and Joshua teaches broadcast journalism at University of Maryland. These two newsies planned a typical Jewish wedding along the Chesapeake Bay, but spiced up the entire event with a beautiful nautical theme.

The boat-by-the-shore style created a laid-back environment, but the preppy tones kept their wedding day classic and traditional. It’s almost like J.Crew and Neiman Marcus got married! Even down to the kippot, the details were impeccably designed and Elisha and Josh’s love shined through!

It was a hot day, but still full of cozy and romantic shots for Diana and Nick. After having the tender first look at the hotel, the bride and groom set off for Busse Woods, a forest preserve just outside of Chicago. There were a few storms in the days leading up to the wedding so they were extra cautious as they walked on the semi-wet grass to avoid any soggy areas.

After a some time out in the nice summer air, it was off to Victoria In The Park for the ceremony. It’s a Chicago favorite due to the big beautiful windows, a large space, and it’s totally private because the entire building hosts just one wedding per day. In a non-traditional setup, Diana and Nick took advantage of all the space by setting up their dance floor out in the open area where the dinner tables normally are. This allowed their DJ to set up a larger stage and lights without being limited by a low ceiling in the “dedicated” dance floor area. As with most European weddings, the party went on and on, long into the night.

On their wedding day, Eroica and Josh made their family big, happy, and official! It’s so sweet one minute they are a combo of adults and child, and in the next, they become a family. The whole wedding weekend fit them to a T. Set in Apalachicola, the destination wedding was both big (big personalities, big fun) and intimate (close family and friends, the creation of a new family). Their interfaith ceremony at the Dixie Theatre was not only distinctive and sweet, but the couple and their family managed to make it humorous. There was pure joy on their faces throughout all the readings and vows, and when the glass refused to break at the end, everyone couldn’t help but laugh. Their reception at the Gibson Inn was elegant and full of dancing. Of course, the couple entertained the crowd when they were lifted into the air during the Horah.

Ariel and Josh met on a plane to Australia, where they were both heading to study abroad with a mutual friend. They fell in love and Josh proposed to Ari while they were traveling in Nepal. The couple now lives in Colorado, but planned their wedding at Camp Cody on Lake Ossipee in New Hampshire. They clearly have an adventurous spirit and love to experience the world!

About their wedding day: It was a chilly, blustery day, but the sun came out just in time and it all ended up being wonderful! The guests were treated to a fun-filled weekend of activities, crafts, and camping in cabins — a grown-up summer camp experience! Ari & Josh provided everyone with water bottles stuffed with snacks, ear plugs (for bunk sleeping), and mini flashlights (so people could get back to their bunks at night). The Bedekken and Ketubah signing were brimming over with emotion and joy, and everyone was clearly overjoyed to see these two get married! Even Josh’s grandmothers may have had the best time, dancing their hearts out and loving on the bride and groom! The dance floor was not only packed, but Josh and Ari’s guests had to be asked to sit down for dinner because people wouldn’t stop dancing! As the reception wound down, they still wouldn’t leave the dance floor, so everyone sat right down on it as one of the bridesmaids gave a final, lovely, toast. It was clear that everyone in attendance had a fabulous time!
