Happy to share with you Jenny and Allen’s classic wedding of blush pinks and a candle-lit ceremony aisle. Subtle details made this wedding so beautiful and full of warmth. Another nod to classic style was a card catalog set-up for escort cards. It’s always fun to think of a different way to present your guests’ table assignments before they enter the reception space.

Also, check out the bouquets. Succulents. Yes. Succulents are huge for current wedding floral designs. They add texture and a splash of color to almost arrangement, and whether in your bouquets or in your centerpieces, succulents totally work!

Talk about a fusion wedding! Sara and Daniel blended their heritages (she’s Indian/American, he’s Jewish American) to create an elegant day that was truly them. The evening began with a traditional Jewish ceremony beneath a gorgeous huppah: all parents joined the couple under the canopy, and the ketubah design evoked a feeling of Indian artwork. In a unique twist, Daniel’s eight-year-old nephew and five-year-old niece sang the kiddush and motzi blessings before dinner in the magically transformed ballroom, replete with flowers in shades of pink, red and purple, as well as huge beaded lampshades on some of the tables. But the highlight of the room had to be the white starlit dance floor – the LED lights embedded in the floor actually twinkled like stars. The sweetest moment of the evening: when Daniel performed a surprise rap song titled “Fly Together” that he had written for Sara, describing their courtship, including their engagement at Lake Rabun, and declaring his undying love for her. And get this — their favors were such a unique idea: Party Boxes with a chocolate and a Lotto Ticket with a note that said, “We were lucky to find our match and hope you are, too.”

Ziva and Jonah’s wedding was one of my favorites!! The Jewish traditions, the emotions, the love between the bride and groom — it all came together in the most beautiful way! I always LOVE the Beddekken, and Ziva and Jonah’s was all the more amazing after not seeing each other for an entire week! And after a traditional ceremony, everyone kicked off their shoes and tore up the dance floor!

Kristen & Roy are a fun and relaxed couple, so their wedding day was a successful reflection of them! From the lovely floral decor to the Rolls Royce sweeping them away from the synagogue, Kristen and Roy pulled off a classic and timeless wedding vision. As is evident in the photos, the warmest touch of all was Kristen’s infectious smile and the way Roy took care of Kristen the entire day.

David and Michelle’s wedding was just magnificent. Rich in heritage and steeped in tradition yet contrasted with a casual elegance set against some of the very best of Sydney, it was a true delight for their family and friends to celebrate. Their love for one another leaps from every image – an authenticity of feeling that can not be created. What I adored the most was the spirit of fun and creativity in their DIY projects. The couple’s true personality and style was shining through every detail, making their wedding day truly about them!
